Warm-up:
Neck Rolls, Arm Circles, Turn-and-Bounce, Tappy-Taps, Flamingos, Calf Stretches
Workout:
Beginning at one goal line, PAX ran 110 yards (other goal line, then back to the 10), performed a movement, ran 110 yards (other goal line, back to the 20), performed a movement, etc. (always running 110 yds, always doing the # of reps corresponding to the yard line). Movements were:10 yard line: 10 (4-count) Monkey Humpers (sorry you weren’t there @IcyHot)20 yard line: 20 lunge steps30 yard line: 30 merkins40 yard line: 40 Carolina dry docks50 yard line: 50 squatsPAX repeated until Q cleared. It wasn’t as easy as I thought it’d be.
COT:
We go through cycles of emotional highs and lows. As men, we don’t do a great job of expressing our emotions (either bottling them up or expressing them at the extremes), and culture might even tell us to keep our feelings to ourselves. But we need to find another guy who will let you open up, and you need to find it within yourself to be vulnerable to him. F3’s 2nd F – “Fellowship” – is meant for just that.
