The Thang: P90x stretch with light yoga
@Dr. Claw was punished and did 13 rounds of 40jump rope, 5 burpees, 5 broad jumps over 15min.

Continued prayers for @Finkle as he goes on trip to Utah and then starts college football. Also prayers for @Dr. Claw’s goddaughters. Prayers tomorrow for all runners in the Burning River Relay and Godspeed. Coffee after, we ironed out any last minute race details and gave @Money all the wrong info. Don’t tell him:grin:.
