Workout:

PAX began on the West Goal Line, performed 30 reps of an exercise with coupon , traveled to the 50 yard line to perform 20 merkins, then to the East Goal Line for 30 reps of another exercise, then back to starting spot.   Mode of transportation changed between mosey, super Mario’s and bear crawl, with 20 merkins always at the 50.  Exercises completed:

  • OH Press
  • Squats
  • Curls
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Lawn Mowers
  • Mtn. Climbers
  • Dips
  • LBC’s
