Workout:

Rifle carry w/ block to hill.

One partner does a block workout at bottom of hill (sets of 10 w/ short reset in between) while other does hill exercise. Switch until all groups complete a set.

Round one:

  • Block workout: Head/shoulders/knees/toes
  • Hill workout: lunge walk up / clockwork merkins x 5 / mosey down / sprint up / clockwork merkins x 5 / lunge walk down

Round two:

  • Block workout: Squrls
  • Hill workout: crawl bear up / clockwork merkins x 5 / mosey down / sprint up / clockwork merkins x 5 / bear crawl down

Round three:

  • Block workout: Man makers
  • Hill workout: crab walk up / clockwork merkins x 5 / mosey down / sprint up / clockwork merkins x 5 / crab walk down

Repeat as needed
