Complete the following exercises in the format of one person exercises while the others rest/count reps.  Exercise continues until someone quits or form becomes terrible.

1) 60 lb sandbag ground to shoulder (Left/Right=1) Last pax completed up to 13 reps for a group total of 91

2) Banded Push Ups.  Reps went up by 2. Last pax completed up to 22 reps for a group total of 142

3) Banded Shoulder Press. Reps went up by 4.  Last pax completed up to 80 reps for a group total of 870

4) 60 lb sandbag zercher squats.  Reps went up by 2.  Last pax completed up to 22 reps for a group total of 132
