Workout:

Used half the turf field – bear crawls down the side line to the 50 yard line,  then lunges across the 50 yard line,  then burpee broad lumps down the 50 yard line, finished the square with a run or walk to the starting corner. Rinsed and repeated till time was up.

Stacking Days

Most worthwhile things in life come from stacking good days together.

Ten years ago I weighed 335 pounds. I didn’t lose over 100 pounds because of one great workout or one perfect diet. I lost it by stacking days. Some days were better than others, but I just kept showing up.

The same is true for our faith, our marriages, our careers, and how we lead our families. Big results usually come from small actions repeated consistently over time.

Galatians 6:9 says:

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Keep stacking days. Trust the process. The harvest rarely comes all at once.

Question for the PAX:What is one small discipline you need to keep stacking, even when it feels like it’s not making a difference?
