Workout:
- Round 1 – warmup – 5 minute EMOM – 8 burpees and then rest for remaining time
- Round 2 – 6 minutes of continuous steady burpees – goal is endurance.
- Round 3 – 5 minute EMOM ladder – 6,7,8,9 and 10 burpees.
- Round 4 – 4 minutes max burpees and then another 4 minute round with the goal to hit 80-90% of first 4 minute round.

Psalm 127:1 “unless the lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain”. We can workout like crazy, read all the right books, write in journals, do all the things that are supposed to make us “better” people, but if we think this will save us, it won’t. Grace is what saves us!
