Message for the day is about surrounding yourself with people who can help you through the highs and lows of life. My daughter had her end of year gymnastic banquet last night and the common theme throughout the night was how all the teammates were supportive of one another through the good and the bad. Celebrated the highs and helped get through the lows. F3 allows us to have that support group, that “team” that we can celebrate with and that we can mourn with.Thank you Sky Q for the beautiful morning.
