Played everyone’s favorite game ‘One More’ until everyone had a turn to be burn out at the merkin station. Stations were merkins, big boys initially then switch to American Hammers and squats. Then, we switched to some Friday Ultimate Football for the last 15 minutes for some fun.

Thought of the Day was that I was asked to give a sermon at my church about being a husband, which is not a topic I would’ve selected for myself because like anything else I often feel like I don’t do enough. When I was praying for direction, God told me that I do a pretty good job giving my best effort at morning workouts, at work and then with the kids at home after work but then when the kids go to sleep, I clock out for the day. That time right now after the kids are in bed is the time for my marriage so I need to do a better job and encourage everyone else to give their max effort throughout the whole day. Not just clocking out at a certain point and collapsing into the couch.
