Motivator from 5, weed whackers, Tappy, flamingo, calf stretches, turn N bounce, arm circles

Workout:

Mosey to J5 Stadium of Pain
Grab 1 Coupon each
Line Drills with Exercises
Run from first light post to first “blue line”, do 15 Merkins, run back to first light post
Run from first light post to middle light post, do 15 overhead presses with coupon, run back to first light post
Run from first light post to second “blue line”, do 15 jump squats, run back to first light post
Run from first light post to last light post, do 15 Bonnie Blair’s (), run back to first light post.

AGAIN until time ran out. PAX achieved anywhere between 5 and 8 rounds in the allotted time.

Each full round was ~.25 Miles of running and 60 reps.

COT:

Change is hard, but sometimes necessary. It’s easy to stay in the comfort zone, but sometimes you need to step out of that for good reasons. Hard to take that first step, and it will likely be painful, but that pain is temporary and will yield long term positive results.

Encourage you all to take a step if there is something you need to change in your lives. Proud of these men today. This was not an easy beatdown and we crushed it!
