Brick Beatdown

Warm-up:
Michael Phelps, SSH x 15, Turn n Bounce
Workout:
- Mosey to shed to pick up 2 bricks per PAX
- 400m run with bricks to far side of parking log near Rt. 303 entrance
- 4 Sets of the following exercises (all using bricks)
- 20 merkins
- 15 goblet squats
- 20 BBSU
- 15 overhead press
- 20 overhead tricep extensions
- 20 dying bugs (4 count)
- 100 curls
- 400m run across the playground area back to the shed
- 12 “heals to heaven”
COT:
- Building on the “Competence to Confidence” COTs we had last week
- We know we need to take action and get started in order to build competence….but we are often timid, don’t know where to start, or feel incapable
- A couple of thoughts to encourage us to take small steps
- Kaizen – a philosophy about making small, incremental changes/improvements that will make a big impact in the long-term. What can you do this week to take a small step of action towards improvement?
