- Run to far light post and back
Station 2
- 15 Coupon Curls, 15 Dips (4 rounds)
- 15 Rows, 15 Merkins (4 rounds)
Station 3
- 15 Squats, 15 Lunges (4 rounds)
- 15 Jump Ups, 15 Calf Raises (4 rounds)
Each PAX picked a station and would max out the exercise in the station until the PAX finished station 1. Rotate to next station. Repeat.
Did the total circuit 8 times, changing stations 2 and 3 1/2 way through.

As we think about these next few weeks with kids of all ages going back to school, we need to recognize that it is a transition time for everyone. Everyone copes with change and transition at different paces. Approach the transitions with compassion and understanding of what everyone will be experiencing.
