@Padre @Focker @Wall-E @Radio and @Shugah jumped right in and got a 40-minute zone workout in… trying to spend time in all 5 cardiac training zones. We made our way around the track and up both home and visitor bleachers at different paces to target our individual heart rates.1 – warmup (5 minutes)
3 – aerobic (10 minutes)
4 – threshold (3 minutes)
3 – aerobic (10 minutes)
5 – max (1 minute)
2 – fat burn (5 minutes)
5 – max (1 minute)
3 – aerobic (10 minutes)

COT:
Wanted to call out @Snugglebug on completing his 10k yesterday. He finished at right around 50 minutes for what I’m told is a very difficult course. He now has his eyes set on an upcoming trail half and potentially the Akron full. Going from not running to competing is a huge inspiration and something I hope he is immensely proud of. Crazy congratulations, man.
Congratulations also to @Forrest and @dinghy as Radio shared they were out there busting ass yesterday as well. Great job, men.
