After a quick warm up (it was already a warm day), we got started with a @Skillet/the chef workout that I loved when I saw it.Each PAX worked through each letter of their first and last name (as it reads on his license) twice (or as close as possible for time):

6MOM:

Each PAX shared something he was thankful for and then led us in 10 LBCs (NOT burpees as my Freudian slip would have dictated). Family, health, God and the group were very common throughout.

COT:

From @Skillet/the chef:”We all need to be thankful for what we have and not what we don’t. It’s easy to get caught up in what I need and what I don’t have. At the moment people are going without and finding it hard to get through life. I’m grateful for what I have in life even if it is hard to see.”
