Warm-up:

  • Neck Rolls, look up, look down
  • Shoulder/Tricep stretches
  • Crescent Pose
  • Runners Pose into Warrior I, II. and Reverse warrior on each side
  • Up Dawg/Down Dawg, Calf Stretch
  • Frog and Pigeon Quad stretch

Workout:

  • 5 Man Makers, 10 Over Head Press, 15 Curls, 20 Calf Raises
  • Bear Crawl to the 15
  • Run to the opposite 15
  • Army Crawl to Goal Line
  • 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, 20 Imperial Walkers

Repeato until time is called

6MOM:

20 LBCs on a four count, 6 in holds with intermittent heals to heaven, and 6 inch spread holds, 20 zombie crunches on each side on a four count.  10 Freestyle and 10 breast stroke swimmers on a four count.
