Workout:

Starting with the (4) corners of the field PAX progressed through 50 rep sets of each exercise and mosied to next corner:

  • Overhead Coupon Press
  • Merkin
  • Carolina Dry Dock
  • Squats

PAX then took a ¾ lap on the track to head to the hill where we backward walked up the hill for 5 reps, trying not to impale ourselves on various tree branches. Tour continued to the bleachers (we did not want them to feel left out) where we did a express trip through 4 sets. From there we did a round of Wall-E Sits at the concession stand for :40 and finished the tour with a Balls to the Wall  :30 sec extravaganza at the utility stand…. Rinsed and repeated for round 2 only reducing mains sets to 40 reps…
