  • Motivator – side straddle hops from 10
  • Bring Sally Up:  motivated by the song from Moby, pax squatted on the bring sally down and held until bring sally up
  • Push-Pull-Plank Pyramid
  • Pax stays together. Move up, then back down pyramid:

  • Roxanne:  motivated by the singing of the police. The pax did a burpee every time Roxanne was sang. Optional side straddle hops in between
