Workout:

Started with 1 minute to do 1 swing and 2 merkins (there where a few early rounds with burpees as the third exercise but it became apparent real quick that the we where all gonna be gassed in a real hurry if we didn’t ixnay the urpeybays). Then it was 1 minute 2 swings, 3 merkins, etc…. we made it 18 rounds in various forms. We finished with 100 big boys.
