-Single-Arm Kettlebell Deadlift 10/12 reps per side (Pull)

Superset 3-Kettlebell Push-Ups (hands on bell) 10/12 reps (Push)
-Kettlebell High Pull – 10/12 reps (Pull)

Superset 4-Kettlebell Overhead Press 8/10 reps per side (Push)
-Renegade Rows 10/12 reps per side (Pull)

Superset 5-Kettlebell Thrusters 10/12 reps (Push + Legs)
