COT:

Today we were using drills to develop muscle memory so when we go to race we can work effortlessly.  In this same manner I have been trying to memorize Bible verses to help stay on the path.  Today I quoted 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 “Though we are hard pressed on all sides, we are not crushed; perplexed but not in despair; persecuted but not abandoned; struck down but not destroyed”
