Warm-up:

walk to field without slipping on ice (Comeback failed ), then neck rolls, arm circles, SSH, bends, Sun Salutations, SSH

Workout:

The Beep Test peformed with partner- you go, I go format

Then circled up for Deck of Death:I drew card and pax performed exercise while 1 pax ran with 70 lbs of kB’s to 40 and back as timer.We were visited by the Ghost of Christmas Merkins and Ghost of Christmas Running because it seemed like that’s all we did.

COT:

Gave thanks from the heart for all the goodwill yesterday to me. This really embodies what Christmas is about. Thanks again to all who reached out. Now I need to go start Death Cleaning (ask @Comeback Kid) . Have a Merry Christmas men!
