6-8 miles of climb, downhill and fast flats.  Good weather and trail conditions led to a hard but enjoyable effort this morning.

Joined at coffee by @flyguy on his way to work. And we were able to sit outside for first time this year!  Unfortunately it was really hot out and wished we were inside in air conditioning.
