Reflecting on @SloMo‘s health journey. Focus on small incremental improvements over time. As the missing @Garcia once said, make 2% improvements as a goal. If you improve 2% each week you are 100% better over the course of a year. Focus on small improvements overtime instead of dramatic changes all at once. This will increase your chance of success!
