Fun in the cold

We did a few rounds of the following with the PAX taking turns calling cadence:1 burpee2 merkins3 squats 4 SSH

For each round we multiplied the rep by the round number

I liked this quote Pastor Jeff said this weekend in service,  “When God’s Word, not the world, becomes the majority of your life, your life will start to change”. The more we fill our mind and heart with the truths of the Bible, the less we will be listening to craziness of the world (media, social media, internet, Chat, etc.)
