Warm-up:
neck rolls, arm circles, turn and bounce, tappy-taps, mini-motivator, flamingos
Workout:
Started on goal-line doing 20 merkins (or the modification of choice). Progressed in 10 yrs increments and completed an exercise, returning to the goal- line each time for 20 merkins.
Progressed as follows:
10 yrd line – 10 burpees
20 – 20 lunges
30 – 30 squats
40 – monkey humpers
50 – SSHs
Selfishly, these were just “fillers” between my merkins
Moved down the progression and back until time called.

The others aren’t as easily measured, but are no less important.I plan to incorporate the last 2 somehow into my 2025 daily challenge in a way that can be measured and meaningful.
