Merkin “Suicides”

Warm-up:

neck rolls, arm circles, turn and bounce, tappy-taps, mini-motivator, flamingos

Workout:

Started on goal-line doing 20 merkins (or the modification of choice).  Progressed in 10 yrs increments and completed an exercise, returning to the goal- line each time for 20 merkins.

Progressed as follows:
10 yrd line – 10 burpees
20 – 20 lunges
30 – 30 squats
40 – monkey humpers
50 – SSHs
Selfishly, these were just “fillers” between my merkins

Moved down the progression and back until time called.

Thought of the day originates from a source unknown (not me), but makes a case for developing 3 Daily Wins:A Physical Win – ruck, walk, run, hike, F3An Intellectual Win – read, learn, create, listenA Spiritual Win – express gratitude, do something kind for or serve someone#1 has always felt like a natural goal since it’s usually easily quantified and measured.  The others aren’t as easily measured, but are no less important.I plan to incorporate the last 2 somehow into my 2025 daily challenge in a way that can be measured and meaningful.
