Did 4 exercises each step of the “ladder”, increasing reps each time until the top, then decreasing reps back down
Ran to middle light post between each step

Listened to an audio book last week “The Energy Bus”. Would highly recommend it.  Brought a lot of positive thoughts and reminders of how we can be positive leaders in our lives. 2 takeaways from the book that really jumped out to me:

Helping signs are all around us, even if the don’t appear that way
Never take the good in our lives for granted.
