10 curl to press (coupon or sandbag) at first light post, rifle carry to middle light post, 10 curl to press, return to first light post with rifle carry

Rocky Theme (2:48) Grit & Agility

2 burpees at first light post, shuffle step to middle light post, 2 burpees, return to first light post with shuffle step

Miracle Theme (4:30) Legs feed the wolves

10 jump squats at first light post, lunge walk to middle light post, 10 jump squares, return to first light post with lunge walk
