Workout:

Pax ran 18 minutes northbound on the trail and 18 minutes back. Pax covered between 3.5 and 4 miles

COT:

I piggy backed on Rowboats Monday idea of doing hard things. He took a workout that he struggles with and made it the focus. I absolutely hate running. But we are called to do hard things. To push through the suck and get it done. Shout out to J5 for reminding me of what I say often- we GET to do these workouts. Let’s take care of the bodies God gave us. Let’s continue to do the hard things. We’ll be better for it.
