Thoughts of the day were reflecting on the upcoming race this weekend, its something i honestly didnt think I was capable of even 6 months ago. We are capable of anything we put our mind to, no matter how hard it is. We often have to overcome mental or physical hurdles but thats where the encouragement and support of this group come in so strong!
