  • Coupon carry to area of parking lot with lights
  • Iron Cross – exercise at 4 sides of the parking lot with an exercise in the middle. Carry coupon to each side and back to middle, forming a cross.

 4s  (4 bottom 1/2 curls, 4 top 1/2 curls, 4 total curls)

  1. 12 Dips on coupons
  2. 12 Bent over Rows w/ coupon
  3. 4 Worst Merkin Ever (1 Rep = 1 Wide Merkin, 1 Normal Merkin, 1 Diamond Merkin)
  1. Return to center for 2 Blockees after each side
  • Repeato until time was up
