Workout:

  • Mosey to shed to pick up 1 coupon each
  • Coupon carry to NW side parking lot
  • Heavy Cardio Routine:
    • Start at first light post
    • 25 reps of exercise
    • Rifle carry coupon to next light post/tree
    • Run Parking lot loop back to coupon (.15 miles)
    • 25 reps of next exercise
    • Repeat until the 4 exercises were complete
  • Exercises
    • 25 Coupon Curls
    • 25 Merkins
    • 25 Dips
    • 25 OverHead Press
  • Repeated 3x for each exercise which complete total loop of rifle carry
  • Totals
    • Mosey: .23 Miles
    • Run: 1.8 Miles (.15 miles x 12 laps)
