Workout:

Station 1 (Pacer)

  • Run to far light post and back

Station 2

  • 15 Coupon Curls, 15 Dips (4 rounds)
  • 15 Rows, 15 Merkins (4 rounds)

Station 3

  • 15 Squats, 15 Lunges (4 rounds)
  • 15 Jump Ups, 15 Calf Raises (4 rounds)

Each PAX picked a station and would max out  the exercise in the station until the PAX finished station 1. Rotate to next station. Repeat.

Did the total circuit 8 times, changing stations 2 and 3 1/2 way through.

6MOM:

Wrapped up with a 50 count High Plank and 12 Heels to Heaven.

As we think about these next few weeks with kids of all ages going back to school, we need to recognize that it is a transition time for everyone. Everyone copes with change and transition at different paces. Approach the transitions with compassion and understanding of what everyone will be experiencing.
