Warm-up:
- Side Straddle Hops (25 count)

Workout:
PAX partnered up to perform 5 rounds of exercises. P1 performs one exercise on the goal line with coupon, while P2 runs to the 10-yard line, performs 10 reps of another exercise, runs back to the goal line, then out to the 30-yard line and performs 30 reps of same exercise, then back to the goal line. PAX change positions and does two circuits for each round. 80 reps of exercises completed each round.
Round 1 – Weighted Squats and Merkins
Round 2 – Curls and LBC’s
Round 3 – Bench Press and Plank Jacks
Round 4 – Shoulder Press and Bonnie Blairs
Round 5 – Bent Rows and Monkey Humpers
6MOM:
- Gas Pumpers – (4 Count x 10)
- Side Crunches – (15 each side)
- Flutter Kicks – (4 Count x 15)
- Big Boys – (25 Count)
