Morning Lake Loop

@Lincoln, @Forrest and @Shugah made a 5k loop around the dark, yet picturesque Medina Lake. @Lincoln did his best to get @Forrest ready to crush Sunday’s shamrock run with an awesome pace the last quarter mile.
