Workout:

PAX started on the goal line w/ coupon and in suicide fashion, ran to the 10, 20, 30, and 40 yard line and back to the goal line, each time.  Exercise 1 completed at the 10 and 30, and exercise 2 completed at the 20 and 40, with those number reps.  Every time back to the goal line, we did 10 reps of coupon exercise:

COT:

The average man does not need therapy for the battles and the burdens he’s carrying inside.
What he needs is for those he is carrying them for, to recognize that they’re there and respect it and be grateful for it.
They don’t need to talk it out to get rid of it.  They need the ones that they’re going through this hell for, to recognize it is there and to be grateful that the man is carrying this for them.
Men don’t need therapy.  They need gratitude.
