Workout:

  • Bear crawl to 10 yard line
  • 10 no cheat merkins (hand release at bottom, shoulder tap at top)
  • Bear crawl back
  • First person to finish the round runs a lap around the track, everyone else runs to the 50 and back
  • Repeat, extending the bear crawl by 10 yards each round and reducing the merkins by 1*

*When we got to the 50, we worked our way back down with the bear crawls

Awesome job today, men. I particularly noticed @Focker really giving it his all. Great job, man.

6MOM:

  • 25 slow/hold LBCs
  • 20 slow/full rom gas pumps
  • 20 side crunches (each side)
  • 20 slow crunchy frogs (with an audible bull frog from Focker)
