Workout:
The PAX started on the track behind the south goal:
First set: performed 10 Over Head Press then moseyed along the track to mid-field, 20 Merkins – lunged walked to north goal, 30 LBC – moseyed along the track to mid-field, 20 Merkins – lunged walked to south goal.
Second set: 20 Curls for the girls then moseyed to mid-field, 30 Flutter Kicks – karaoke to north goal, 40 Monkey Humpers – moseyed to mid-field, 30 Flutter Kicks – karaoke to south goal.
Third set: 30 Lawn mowers then moseyed to mid-field, 40 Tricep extensions – Super Mario to north goal, 50 Cherry Pickers – moseyed to mid-field, 40 Tricep extensions – Super Mario to south goal.
Final set – Moseyed to mid-field, 60 Squats then moseyed back to the south goal.
6MOM:
Each PAX member chose an ab exercise. The PAX then performed 11 reps of that exercise.
COT:
Be Intentional: In service this past Sunday, the message was about being intentional. It made me think of F3. We must be intentional! We intentionally make that effort to get up in the morning. We intentionally make our way to the field to exercise no matter what the weather is. I would like to encourage everyone to continue to intentionally make this effort and support our brothers.
