"Fun"

The Pax had “fun” today rotating between Jack Webb with bricks (from 1/4 – 10/40) with some spiders, brick holds and bench press mixed in. To break up the exercises we played Catch Me If You Can. On the start, one partner would run backwards to the 50 while the other partner performed 2-5 exercises of either merkins, big boys, lbcs or Bonnie Blair’s and then sprinted forward to try to catch the other partner. The reward for winning was either 5 burpees or mountain climbers while the loser did 2 reps of the same exercise.
