Workout:

Set timer for 5 minutes
-run 200 meters around the track
-do 30 of the exercise
-run the remaining 200 meters back to where you started
-do burpees until the 5 minutes is up

Exercises (30 reps):
-Freddy mercury
-flutter kicks
-pickle pointers
-plank jacks
-monkey humpers
-squats

30 minutes of tough work

The only way to do hard things is to do hard things.
Somewhat easy for us to see this in our own lives. Much harder to step back and allow our kids to struggle. We must let them struggle some and do hard things so they can grow and do hard things to reach their full potential.
