Workout:

Pax dug the snow out of a section that was about 10 yards long and 8 yards wide, grabbed a coupon, partnered and lined up across from their partner. One partner began a mode of transport toward their partner and then when they got to their partner they would turn around and return to their starting point. When they reached their partner, Partner #2 started an exercise and then began the mode of transport. Continued alternating through 5 different exercises / modes of transport:

Bear Crawls / 5 Merkins
Lunge Walk / Coupon Holds
Broad Jump / 3 Big Boys
Bear Crawl / 2 Burpees
Burpee Broad Jump / 5 Squats

Had a nice intermission after Round 3 that consisted of Colt 45 and then 50 coupon rows on each arm.

COT:

Thought of the Day had a disclaimer that it made sense in my head but might not make sense to others. The bible tells us to “Put on the Full Armor of God” because every day we’re stepping into a spiritual battle. A battle has a winner and a loser. When you’re entering a fight you need a clear, confident mind. You don’t want to enter a fight thinking you’re inferior. But a lot of us (or maybe just me) feel inferior because we’re not able to grasp the concept of God’s mercy for us. I feel I’ve done too many things wrong or need to improve in x, y and z before I can really have God’s mercy and the slate wiped clean. The enemy loves when we’re feeling this inferiority though because it weakens us in the daily battle. When we understand God’s mercy for us fully, it helps us have better outcomes in daily battles than when we’re feeling like we’re not good enough.
