Run

Some of us got 5.2 miles and some others slacked and only did 5miles, depending on which brand of watch you had.  Good tempo run though, tough workout.

After watching Notre Dame fall to 0-2 for season, I read an excerpt from head coach Marcus Freeman’s presser after the game.  He was asked “What now for 0-2 Notre Dame?”               “You focus on what you can control.  You focus on you and getting better and getting ready for next one.  I can’t dwell on 0-2 as much as I need to dwell on finding ways to improve.”Goes well with a theme I am harping on. Forget the past, focus on now and just do the next right thing.
