Workout:

We were on the bleachers this morning with a partner. One member of the partnership runs the full length of the bleachers while the other member does an exercise and then switch. Exercises included Squats, Planks, Plank Jacks, Feddie Mercuries. We made it through two rounds of each exercise and 8 bleacher runs.
