Bricklayers between each cone, 3 parking spaces apart. 4 exercises at each cone with a ladder of rep counts!
Exercises: Squats, Merkins, Big Boy Sit-ups, Curls/Chest Press

Push yourself to do Hard Things, this workout was pushing my limit of what I’m able to do and I loved it, I love this group and they way we get to push each to consistently grow!
