Each PAX brought their own dish (came up with an exercise) that we did in cadence.

COT:
Was reminded of something we talked about in the COT a few months back. When you are carrying a burden alone. You carry 100% of that burden. When you talk about that burden with 1 other person, you carry less of the burden. The more people that are there for you to share with lightens your burden.Same concept, but opposite feelings for joy. When you share your joy with people it adds to the joy that you feel. The more you share, the more joyful it becomes.
F3 is a great outlet to share burdens and joys.
