Warm-up:

  • Motivator
  • Shoulders/Triceps
  • Turn and Bounce

Workout:

PAX lined up on west goal line, did 30 Reps of exercise 1 with coupon, karaoke to the fifty for 20 Merkins, karaoke to the opposite goal for 30 Reps of exercise 2, then mosey back to start.  PAX completed 4 rounds, then bonus round with 50-yard bear crawl. Exercises 1 and 2 changed each round, with 20 Merkins always done at the 50-yard line.

  • Round 1- Skull Crushers/LBC’s
  • Round 2- Curls/Squats
  • Round 3- OH Press/Mt. Climbers
  • Round 4- Bent Rows/Leg Raises
  • Round 5- Curls/LBC’s

COT:

For the past several months, I have been making a conscious effort to live my life day by day and to not worry or stress over things in the future or the past, and to focus on the present.  Easier said than done, but I have made progress.  So much of what I would worry about, or would cause anxiety, was out of my control and actually turned out to be nothing after all.

Did not mention this today, but the men in this group are a great resource for just talking through things you may be dealing with.  Do not hesitate to call, text, or grab a beer with one.
