9/11 Memorial Beatdown

In honor of the 343 Firefighters that lost their life in this tragedy, the PAX performed the following:

50 Merkins
50 Squats
50 Plank Jacks
50 Lunges
50 SSH
50 Shoulder Taps
43 Burpees

In between each round, the PAX ran the home bleachers.

My inspirational quote of the day is from Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban – “If you want to make everyone happy, don’t be a leader…sell ice cream. ”  Being a good and effective leader, there will be conflict and there will be time people around us aren’t happy-this is OK.  Let’s go out and lead…
