Workout:

Started at goal line together.  25 exercises chosen my one member.  Bear crawl 10 yards.  25 exercises together chosen by another member.  BC 20 yards.  25 exercises together chosen by another member.  BC 30 yards.  25 exercises together chosen by another member.  BC 40 yards.  25 exercises together chosen by first member.  This took us to the other goal line.   We did this 3 times for total of 300 yards of bear crawls and 300 exercises.  Exercises included merkins, big boys, air presses, flutter kicks, leg raises, LBCs, squats, lunges.  Ended with 3 rounds of planks for 60 seconds.
