1mile warmup down and up the hill of the trail…
Then 2 mile tempo run to Ghent Rd and back on Sandrun Pkwy.  I’m smoked….

SloMo brought up the great quote from  philosopher Sally Carrera to Lightning McQueen from Cars 3 that we all really liked (so I stole it for my thought for today because it’s my Q and I can modify if I want):
