Awesome! Below is a general list of AOs and beatdowns in our region. As our region relies mostly on Slack for exact locations and times, it is advised to contact the F3 MAC Region Nantan, @Radio, at 513-503-3560 prior to stopping by. We want to make sure you have the best possible experience (which definitely does not include showing up solo somewhere!)
F3 Brunswick meets opportunistically on Tuesdays and Thursdays when schedules allow for the smaller AO. These beatdowns include rucks, runs, bootcamp-style and even the occassional bike ride.
F3 Copley meets most days each week. Mondays and Thursdays are traditional bootcamp beatdowns. Tuesdays are often Kettlebell focused (a extra bell or two are often present for those wanting to give it a try.) Wednesdays are often a special "Running with Kettlebells" style workout. (I know, you likely have questions.) Fridays are typically a HERO workout, dedicated to a fallen soldier. Saturdays is usually the day for some Ultimate Frisbee. And, Sundays are run days.
F3 Hudson meets Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. PAX enjoy a run/ruck on Wednesday mornings while traditional bootcamp-style beatdowns on the other days.
F3 Medina meets every day. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are traditional bootcamp beatdowns. Tuesdays and Thursdays include an early run, followed by a ruck. Sundays are typically a morning ruck out in Hinkley.
F3 Stow meets Tuesdays and Thursdays with traditional bootcamp-style beatdowns both days.
