wet parking lot leg and core circuit – Pax cycled through 9 exercises and switched every minute(kb squats, mountain climbers, kb deadlift, big bois, box jumps, freddie Mercury’s, kb swings, kb around the worlds and jump rope). At the end of the first two cycles we moseyed around the parking lot. Man do I miss the turf.

An article title that I saw recently got me thinking. The gist of it was that the best tool for building muscle is TIME. I applied this to other things that I’m trying to accomplish and overcome. As long as you are putting in the work and are patient, results will occur. Consistency is key. It’s like what Korg said about Thor in Love and Thunder: “He got in shape. Putting in the hard yards. Turning pains into gains, and never skipping leg day.”
